Why would they need two hulks just to rotate a disco ball? Don't they have technology that is advanced enough to automate that with machines?

If the males die after they reproduce, does that mean Admiral Tfear and all the other important ones never mated? They choose between being in a position of absoulute power, or producing heirs. What a tough call.
