Help --stuck in I've Got A Bad Feeling About This

I'm in "I've Got a Bad Feeling About This". I've clicked all switches, I've made it to the end room with the big window through which you can see Earth, but when I go in the room with the terminal I get the same message as at the first terminal -- that I have to throw switches in 7 places, etc. Am I missing a switch or a room somewhere? I've been from end to end over and over and can't see anything I've missed.
