Hmmm that is odd... it's hard for me to say what it is you haven't hit, especially if you've hit those last four switches, cause I don't think you can get to those without having hit all the others first... There is one final locked door that you're not supposed to be able to open. I guess all I can say is to keep looking for any switches you haven't hit, and try those teleporter pads again. Sorry I can't be more useful :-(
