Well, you could install Mac OS X 10.4 (or lower) and Classic on another disk partition--presuming you are not on an Intel Mac.

Or you could install an old Mac emulator like Basilisk II or SheepShaver. Emulators aren't easy to set up, and you need access to an old Mac to get the ROM out of (for Basilisk) or a Mac OS 8.5 - 9.0 install disk (SheepShaver). Neither is particularly easy to get working--I can't help you with them.
