Are you stuck in a loop of exactly one level, or looping through several levels? Because Eternal features "failure" timelines - timelines where things go in ways that were not meant to be, at the end of which you are sent back to make them right by finding a different path, so if you do the same thing on the level you are sent back to you'll loop through the same failed timeline again.
"Unwired" is the beginning of the first such failed timeline. After it comes "Roots and Radicals", then "The Tangent Universe", which sends you back to "Sakhmet Rising". If you follow Hathor again out of Sakhmet Rising, instead of completing your mission with Tycho, you'll end up back on Unwired. Is that what's happening?
If you're actually looping straight through Unwired to Unwired and back to Unwired again, then that is definitely a major bug, but I can't imagine nobody else has caught it yet, and I'm pretty certain I've played through that branch fairly recently myself...
