Sound good? Contributors give up their rights to dictate what the site does with their contributions, so they can't demand you take it down later or anything; but without giving you any power to dictate how others make use of it, as they're not assigning copyright of their contributions to you. All contributors maintain their own copyrights, but they grant an unlimited perpetual license to use their contributions.

I believe this is technically how your current non-explicit setup would be interpreted if it came to it in court. I'm not a lawyer, but it seems to me that unless otherwise stated, contributing something to a website is NOT implicitly transferring ownership of it's copyright, but it IS implicitly granting a license for the website to publish it. So it's implicitly what my little disclaimer up top makes more explicit.
