Even if all the active editors (which I presume is just you right now) discuss it before hand and decide upon it by some formal method? I'm sure there's procedures for voting to delete a single page... so I'd think you'd be able to use those to delete all pages but the main page, and have that redirect elsewhere.
I'd suggest just putting a big notice on the main page to please also contribute to Traxus, but I doubt many people would listen. Traxus maintainers could just watch the recent updates on Pfhorpedia and copy them to Traxus itself, except as Wikia is copyleft, Traxus would also have to be, which it currently is not, and which I (having no say in the run of it, mind you) would not like to see it. Conversely, Pfhorpedia editors could take what Traxus has to use as a start, except Traxus has this unclear "stuff is copyrighted, beware" disclaimer. Traxus editors could fold and just start working on Pfhorpedia... but that feels to me like letting Stallman win.
On the other hand, none of it is incredibly important one way or another, as Traxus is pretty damn small as it is, and I somehow doubt Pfhorpedia will get much larger.
