I found a few things in halo 3 that relate to Marathon. It says traxus on most of the boxes. [Big metal ones.] On the spartan ribbon that you get when you reach seargeant has the marathon symbol on it. On some of the terminals it mentions two AI and states that one of them has gone rampant. This last one is just a fantasy. The planet master chief is floating to is Lh'Owon. :D
