Have you tried the downloadable copy here? I haven't looked at it to see whether it works and includes the manual, but that can be found here.

Other than that, have you set up a watch for it on eBay so they'll notify you when a copy appears? There was at least one just a few weeks ago. Be sure to watch for Mac Action Sacks and Marathon Trilogy Boxed Sets too, since they both include PID (with a digital copy of the manual). MTBSes usually cost a huge amount, but sometimes there are anomalies.

Also: Amazon. There seems to be a few copies of the Sack there now. Not sure if they have an email notification system, though.
