Are you sure you've taken the M1A1 folder and put the AlephOne application, the green Marathon symbol named AlephOne.exe, inside? Nothing else from the AlephOne folder needs to go in M1A1.

Double-clicking on the AlephOne.exe file that you put inside the M1A1 folder will run the program.
