If you'd like, you can automate the page a little bit by using some Javascript trickery on your Last Updated thing.

Typing this:
<script language="JavaScript" type="text/JavaScript">
<!--
document.write("Last Updated on " + document.lastModified)
-->
</script>

Would give you this:
Last Updated on 07/23/2007 19:43:37

That way, you don't have to change that date every time you update something - the script will do it for you. Hope that helps ;-)
