Read the instructions there carefully: Copy the application, Fonts, and Themes into your Rubicon X folder.

So, you should unzip Rubicon, then copy AlephOne.exe, the Fonts folder that comes with the Aleph One download, and the Themes folder that also comes with the download, into the Rubicon folder.
