Supposedly it's right on the brink of completion. That's what I was told in mid-January, anyway, but I haven't seen any signs of life since then. Who knows. :/

There's a community torrent set up somewhere because all the guys without Macs wanted to use Forge. If not here, then someone on irc.freenode.net's #alephone probably does. If you can't get it work yourself, maybe you'd have better luck asking people around there. Everybody uses it.
... Actually, they use SheepShaver, not Basilisk II. I don't know what the difference is; I've never used SheepShaver, and I used Basilisk for like ten minutes.
