Ah ok then, here I can totally agree with you. I had a lot of complaints to Andreas (who made most of the S'pht levels) about the overuse of the metal textures. I'm fond of the textures themselves, but I designed them to be used in the more industrial bowels of Lh'owon, where lava is being pumped around and such. The wood and stone are meant for use in the more livable areas, and I'm a little disappointed that it's not used so much. Maybe I'll have Andreas run through here and make such changes when he's done with his Ch5 assignments.

: I understood you had aimed for more real lava, but it looks like the fire

That picture helps a lot. I think I'll do make some of the blackish spots in the lava more red, and throw in some yellow hotspots too... should brighten it up.
