20/10 Scenario Pack: What happened?

I was just browsing through the Marathon's Story page and stumbled across something I never knew about before: A 20/10 Scenario Pack for Marathon that Bungie meant to release but never did. Does anybody know what happened to it? Has anyone at Bungie said that they do or do not plan on releasing the levels at some point? Have they been leaked anywhere?
...Have some of the levels been featured in Marathon 2 or Infinity?
