To make it short - like more or less in the whole scenario the thing is pretty much towards the end of the level. You made it to the tunnel area, right? You took the U-turn? After passing the shield canisters (that are cards here) you fight your way around the next corner. You get to enter a hall to your right with a LMG trooper overlooking the room. Straight ahead is a door which leads to a couple of rooms, one having a O2 recharger and a pattern buffer. There are baddies coming from behind so watch the map (one is a frak cannon super trooper that doesn't show). Just take a short sip and fight. Only save at the adjacent pattern buffer if you are sure you won't be killed the next moment. Hope this helps.
