	In Response To: returning to time travel (Pfhorever) : The only thing about traveling back in time, is that you wouldn't have to, : because you'd already done it. I mean think about it, earlier someone said : that they would have gone back in time to kidnap themselves, but, you : wouldn't be able to, simply because you would have already been kidnapped, : and would be 14 years ahead. So time travel is really and truly, unneeded. : A note on that, even if it was needed, you'd go back in time, come forward : to the time you left, and the very instant you appeared back in your : correct time, your time machine would disappear. That is, if you went back : and kidnapped yourself. Why would it disappear? : If you just went back and got some item, the item : would age as it went forward in time(as would you, i.e. traveling : backwards would decrease your age, and traveling forward would age you), : unless you can create some sort barrier that would stop that. Things age as time passes. If you skip over time, it doesn’t pass for you and you don’t age. If you put an item down somewhere, then traveled to the future, sure it would have aged, but it didn’t time-travel.
