This sort of time travel is not actually possible because of paradoxes like this. Either you'd already have the memories of having seen yourself from the future when you were younger (scenario 2), or you've just created a branch timeline and some other future you (the future self of the young you you've come back to visit) will have those memories instead, but you yourself won't (scenario 3).
Scenario 1 has been sloppily used in various fiction with hand-waving "careful not to make paradoxes or the universe will explode", but in reality, if it were possible to "create" paradoxes, just travelling back in time at all would have done so. But a true paradox is a contradiction and thus, not just physically impossible, but logically inconceivable - we couldn't even think of what it would be like if a paradox truly existed. So if we're thinking of some situation that we believe to be a paradox, we're already implicitly assuming something about it which makes it not really a true paradox.
