Terminology questions
Posted By: MrHenDate: 10/16/06 6:40 a.m.

While working on the wiki, I ran into some interesting questions involving terminology.

What should the main character be called? Its main article is currently "The Marine", but "The Player" was also suggested.

Here, at MSP he is referred to as "You". The Marine apparently comes from Anvil.

The other question would be what to call non-player entities. Obviously we have the BoBs... but all of the other aliens could be fit under the category "Aliens". I vaguely recall the term "Monsters" being used in either Anvil or Forge... but I could be mistaken.

At this point, I am leaning toward "You" for the player and "Aliens" for the aliens. All input would be great.
