sorry,but the bug did not reappear from my PC.and I cannot specify the cause. I think its factor is difference of region.

I propose two methods for solving it.
1. setting application's and resource's region of PhysicsEditor to English, and rebuild it.
2. asking for some one in English region to rebuild

I had tryied method 1.
