Well, Durandal does tell you to find a hole you can jump down... ;)
First of all - run away from the Pfhor. You don't have to fight them at all. Secondly, when the chip is inserted, the locked door in the room with the terminal will open and you can go through there. Look for a hole you can jump into. Hope that helps.. ;)
