Are the audio tracks on the Marathon 1 CD free for use in scenarios like the games themselves are? They're not up on TrilogyRelease... so I'm not sure what the status on them is.

Did Bungie just say "Sure, you guys can distribute the old games now", or was it a specific collection of files? And on this same note, is there any actual, legally binding license or at least public statement somewhere online that would protect scenariowrights and Claude and all of us for using and distributing Marathon stuff within the community, should Microsoft's lawyers get bored one day?
