Depends on how you define "win". On the one hand, Jesus probably wouldn't fight. So Durandal would win. But on the other hand, Jesus isn't really defeated because after he dies, he comes back and is then lifted up to Heaven where Durandal can't defeat him. But on the third hand, Jesus is supposed to come back at some point that occurs before the universe collapses, which means Durandal will still be around, and maybe they can battle it out then.
