Latin scholars, I know you're there!

Please help me. Would "Contra homines ad terminum aevi" be a good way to say "against mankind until the end of time"? Apparently there is no way to say "mankind" in Latin so I just said "humans".

(And I'm sorry to disappoint anyone but no, it's not for some cool Marathon scenario... I was just sitting around procrastinating and I realized that "Man! I've got a cool last name, I've got a cool first name - I need a friggin' seal!" So I designed this cool seal that had a B for Brytting and a sword for Durandal, and it was difficult to make it look good with only these two things so it needed a third component and I decided to invent a motto, so I took my own personal motto and translated it into Latin. Unfortunately I've never studied Latin and my only help was an online dictionary, my mom's old book of Latin grammar and some guesswork. Please help me figure it out.)
