Odd Marathon CD on eBay

I know that Marathon 2: Durandal has two different CD artwork images; an explosion and a yellow and black semicircle. However, I always thought that Marathon only had the blueish space picture with a tiny Marathon symbol at the top. Here's one with artwork similar to Marathon 2: Durandal and Marathon: Infinity, only with a blue semicircle instead of yellow or silver. Is this real or what?
