Terminals in Word

Does anyone the correct formatting to use if you wanted to create a terminal in Microsoft Word? I've been attempting to create my own terminals for a small website I'm making, but have been failing utterly. I've even tried copying and pasting from the MSP and just changing visuals and adding spaces in the table etc. but can't quite get it. Does anyone know an easy way to accomplish this task?
