You could also sidestep the whole "be unable to" and say 誰も分からない or similar (I'm not very good at it either, just started the "real" studies).

And to answer the original question, Japanese seems to be "in vogue" right now. Heck, there are shirts that say weirder things than "Marathon for Mac" in Japanese.
