In Response To: Re: gorans experince of ua (D-M.A.) : Yet though, Steve's advice was regarding you having a tough time working for
I appreciate that you're starting to understand me. As you didn't deliver any punches to me, I gonna talk a little about what Steve brought up. :D It's all cool. I work for ppl with no problems - and I can handle ppl getting angry. The first thing I do when I start working at a place is to ask about advice. I squeeze every little information I can out of them, and then I return everytime I get into a situation I can't handle. My current boss is very nice, he don't give me unsolicited advice - instead he asks me if everything goes ok and if I need help he says he's always there for me. He's a good man. He's motto is: Go and learn by yourself, if you get in trouble, I'm here for you.
You know what I do (sneaky look in his face).
eg: I clean the windows then I step back and never looks back again, lol. instead of: You shouldn't look back at windows after you've cleaned them. He doesn't force it on me, he doesn't say im wrong in anyway, he just share his wisdom without punches. I feel what you folks are getting at, but trust me - I'm not stupid. I have strategies I follow when I work, that works perfectly fine for me. And when people gets angry and upset, I also have strategies to deal with that. I'm smart enough to not build my own ruin, y'know. There are ppl using other methods than I do, and they also feel happy and all. I don't really care how ppl go through life, but I hope everyone chooses a way for themselves that works for them and makes them happy.
