In Response To: Gemini and AO (Steve Levinson)

I agree. It's quite a challenging scenario. I don't recall having that particular problem Steve, although I have never tried playing in with AO. On what level are you having this problem? And where are these chips slots on the level? I will check with my saved game. Back when I was involved with playing this scenario, I had wanted to vid it, but the level Deep Doodoo requires a chip from the previous level. I contacted the creator and tried to talk him into releasing a updated version in the hopes he would make it possible to vid that level, but I never heard back from him.

: Has anyone here played the scenario Gemini using the AO engine? I seem to be
: stuck - on one of the later levels there are 2 chip slots that aren't
: accepting my chip insertions. I checked the level out in Forge and the
: slots work fine there. Anyone experienced this problem before, or did I
: miss some critical juncture?

: BTW, this is one cool little scenario - the plot's a bit contrived, the
: difficulty is insane in places, ammo is generally inadequate and the way
: to proceed is often not obvious - but it really is one hell of a play.
