The problem may not be your Infinity map file - it may be another map file from a different map that is corrupted and causing your problems. I suggest removing all non-Bungie 3rd party maps from your Infinity folder and then gradually reintroducing some of them over a period of several days. If your problem returns, there's a good chance that it was because of corruption in one of the most recently added map files. Oh, if you have a lot of map files in your Infinity folder, you may actually have more than Infinity can keep track of. This is a problem only with M2 and Infinity but not with AO.
