A modified map file with translated terminals (Hex/Cranberry), a modified Images file with translated buttons (Photoshop and ResEdit), and some MML to change the internal text strings (presuming you're running an Aleph One port here)... if you really wanted to go out of your way, you could patch the Sounds file with re-recorded, translated Bob voices. That's about it.

Or, you could try to find it on eBay... good luck with that.
