Hmmm, warring AIs...a map where parts of it keep getting blocked and unblocked as you try to do something like destroy one of the AIs or get away from something.
Something similer where one of the AIs goes from helping to trying to kill you as the Shadow reprogram it.
Just some stuff that came from the top of my head.
