I Agree, plus since in the levels we encounter vac Bobs we are on timelines where we were not captured by durandal after M1, it would make sense that Dman would have had to spend more time making the Bobs more combat worthy, since he doesn't have the ultimate weapon in the universe (You) at his beck and call any more.
