No, in fact, I doubt they planned past Mathathon 2. Although they probably had some general ideas of where they wanted to go. Oh, and so you know, although Bungie oversaw I Love Bees, they didn't write it, nor do they accept it as story fodder. Besides, even if they DID plan it all out, you would have to start back at Minatour, then PiD, then Marathon, etc.
