problem with M1A1

When I finish the level "Phor you eyes only" (the 16th lvl I think) I get to see a text message about how seventeen years have past and some more and after that I just get a black screen with the arrow. In the log file the line "Chapter heading... (unknown:0)" is repeated again and again.
Can you help me or tell me where I can get help?
