Thanks for the comments. I agree about getting things to not sound... well, "loopy', or "loopish"... its tough to do. Some of the lack of quality you both have described definitely comes from them not being full fledged pieces, and just fairly quick concepts... some of the problems you've described comes from my lack of talent :) Regardless, I'm not sure what will come of the concept pieces.

The piece entitled, 'concept1.mp3' was composed with the idea of being the intro music for an internet-based, underground computing television show... 'concept2.mp3' was composed to work as background music for said show. I'll let you know if its successful.
