Source art, orbital ship wreckage
Posted By: BlayneDate: 3/28/05 10:45 a.m.

I'm having a some trouble finding any kind of art online (professional, or the person-in-their-basement-using-3Dmax kind)that depicts wreckage of ships or metal in space. (I'm doing a blitz on content for WMaiD)

If anyone has a favorite image depicting lots of twisted metal, and bruning hulks of ship innars in space (still glowing red hot, preferably), please let me know.

For some inspiration, I've considered photographing burning objects in my homes woodstove. Glowing reds/orange/yellows, contrasted with charcole colours always looks so interesting...

I tried searching up some pictures from Wolf 359 (from ST:TNG), but the special effects back in the early 90's were less than suitable. Does anyone have any good screenshots of wreckage from ST:Deep Space 9?

Thanks in advance,
-Blayne
