I used to get spam from me all the time. It's was only type that could get through all my filters (cause mail to myself from myself is filtered before the spam filters come in). I've added a refinement to my self-filter now: if the subject doesn't begin with a certain passphrase (I sometimes mail myself notes from one work to home or vice versa), mail from me to me is automatically junked.
Am am now the proud owners of a practically spam-free inbox. And in this day and age that's saying something. Not aware of any false positives either.
