The full NBM terminal

In Response To: Are there "unfinished" stories in Marathon? (MrHen)

It is possible to reconstruct the NBM terminal?

I don't think so... it's a little too choppy. But that doesn't mean I haven't tried! ;)

Here's what I've come up with so far, without adding words. Everything in brackets are things that I put there.

[T]here was nothing to be gained from hesitation
now[...] [y]et in her possession it would become something of consequence: though it was nothing
more than a simple tho[rn] f[rom] [...] [pa]rticular flower, or more
precise[ly][...].

[W]hen she had it just so the room flickered and tore, bending
into somewhere else: [...] [el]se which she caused to be consumed by an
ashless fire.

[...] doors opened before her without cause, their locks rusted and
shatter[ed.]

[...][b]efore her slender hands began to dance in front of her
horrified face.  [...][b]efore turning into a fine powder which
settled in a pile on [...] where she had been standing.

14 seven hundred miles away, eyes on fire, tearing at her
hair.  Turning in fury she kicked viciously
a[t] [...] Anger made her careless and she mis[sed.]

And this is embellishing a little bit:

There was nothing to be gained from hesitation now. Yet in her possession it would become something of consequence: though it was nothing more than a simple thorn from a particular flower, or more precisely...

When she had it just so the room flickered and tore, bending into somewhere else: somewhere else which she caused to be consumed by an ashless fire. Silently, doors opened before her without cause, their locks rusted and shattered.

[...] before her slender hands began to dance in front of her horrified face. [...] before turning into a fine powder which settled in a pile on the floor where she had been standing.

14 seven hundred miles away, eyes on fire, tearing at her hair. Turning in fury she kicked viciously at the dust. Anger made her careless and she missed.

The places that are giving me the hardest time are the two 'before's. The word 'therefore' also fits with the few letters we are given... but I just can make it fit with the way the periods are lodged in there. Can anyone help me get a little farther? :)
