The Marathon : Thoth is obscessed with balance, probably because of the ancient war of : the S´pht, so that he wouldn´t take sides. So, Thoth helps you when your : in trouble, lost and alone without an AI to guide him, but as soon as the : S´pth Krrr arrives it looks to Thoth like we´ll win. The balance had : changed, and if one side of a conflict takes the upper hand, the other : side will be wiped out, Thoth wants balance in every conflict, which means : thar the parties should be equally powerfull to minimize bloodsched. He : help the Pfhor, eventhough they are his enemies and enslavers of his : people, simply because now it´s THEY how are in trouble and in danger of : being slaughtered. The reason there wasn´t a standoff between S´pht and : Pfhor in the end of the game is probably because Durandal comes back, : otherwise Thoth would hav tried to even the scales again.
