Do you know if this applies to 3rd party scenarios distributed as complete, stand-alone packages? I seem to recall Rubicon AO was distributed on a MacAddict CD or some such, without any hub-bub. I was hoping that when Eternal X is finalized I might get it on a Mac cover disk as well...
