but we know juggernauts have pilots. are willful perhaps a higher rank, meaning that they can think, and are allowed too, an officer?

nah, think about it, if we began making robots to fight our wars they wouldnīt be much more than canoonfooder. The pfhor donīt treat their artificial bobs very well, sends them first to distract the enemy. Hunter could be some kind of meatshield for their vactroopers, they would work quite well at that, thier slow, stubborn, and can take a beating. Unfortunaly the explosion at their death is harmful to friendlies, better not hide behind them perhaps :)
