777 Archived Posts. Coincidence?

777 Archived Posts. Coincidence?

Out of curiosity, I decided to do a search to see when I made my first post to the Story Forum. It was on November 30, 2001, scarcely more than 6 months after the forum opened. For what it's worth, it was a reply to a thread about which of the 3 Marathon games was the best (sound familiar?). What caught my eye was the number posts archived in the pre-2004 data base. That's right, 777! I figured this must somehow be rigged, like the counter on the Story's main page. But no, I tried searching under a number of names, and mine was the only one with 777. That's just to weird.
For what it's worth, my post 2003 posts total 1046, including this one. That must put me near the top of the list now. It's past 3AM here - I guess I'd better go to bed.
