Anybody here know how to compile AO?

Is somebody willing to walk me through the process of compiling the current code for the OS X version of AO? I've subscribed to the sourceforge forums, but my account isn't activated yet and there doesn't seem to be much going on there anyway (many questions but few answers). I know there are still people who know how to do this, since the latest nightly build is only three weeks old.

There will not be a Rubicon X if I don't get this to work.
