In Response To: Re: Whither WMAID? (Blayne) : The maps for WMaiD are ususually complex (compared to some other scenarios)
Well, that doesn't seem so bad, at least, not compared to the endless cycle of "texture map -> pass it on to dev. team -> retexture map -> pass it on to dev. team -> retexture map again" that seemed to have slowed down Rubicon's development. At least we know it's not dead! : Which bug was that? As far as the weapons set in WMaiD goes, its new /
See blake37's post. It was really disappointing, since it marred what was an otherwise superbly polished scenario. But since you are using a combined weapons set you might be using the old M2/MI pistol, so I suppose it's something I should be bugging Steve and the Rubicon X crew about. :) : http://bighouse.bungie.org/wmaid/neverwhere/jjaro_oustpostimage.jpg Actually, see thermoplyae's post two posts -- the images he linked to were exactly what I had in mind, but come to think of it the outpost image would be cool to see as a desktop picture too. Oh, and one more question. Why do the dates in the terminal window for those two image screens say "January 1, 1900"? |
