Yeah that was Blayne Scott-Ernie. The original post was this one. (amazing feature the "search" innit?) You can always try to contact him, I dunno if he still is around. I only came back to the forum a few days ago...
He's the guy behind that so promising of scenarios, where monsters are in dreams. (I *think*)
