Links to give to a Windows person to play Marathon

Hello everyone!
I was at a party the other night, and my friend Ned asked me "What is Marathon?" I nearly had a heart attack.
Apparently, he traced my @bungie.org email back to bungie.org, and to the Marathon Hub. The guy (unknown to me) use to play Myth/Myth II, and even owns Abuse - which Bungie ported.
He wants to play try Marathon, SO: I need the http:// links for the files necessary to run Marathon 2 under AO on a Windows machine.
I'm a Mac user - so I need windows users assistance. I want to pass along M2 rather than M1 or Infinity for the simple reason - it's easier to play, and understand for a first time player.
Now that the trilogy is freeware hosted off Bungie.org - are there .zips of the necessary files? I'd rather not have him need to install Stuffit Expander just to play M2. : )
