I'm curious...

Whenever I type in the URL for MBO, I get the usual list of URLs that I have visited which are similar based on letters.

There are three that are called this:
Marathon.Ink
Marathon 2 Durandal.Ink
Marathon Infinity.Ink

....Whenver I click on one of them, they open the game of the similar name.

Why is it that I can start one of the Marathon games on my comp through Internet Explorer?
