What do you guys think is the best weapon?

My personal favorite is the missile launcher. Though not very useful and often suicidal in close ranges, it is my favorite weapon to use at a distance, especially with groups of weak enemies and/or a tough one. I don't really recall any enemies that are all that fast (at least at the difficulty level I'm currently playing at), and you can pretty much hit them almost all of the time if you aim a little distance away from where they are facing (assuming they are moving), or otherwise you could simply pick em' off stationary.
