"The Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) has appealed a District Court decision in St. Louis that held that programmers are not allowed to create free software designed to work with commercial products."
WTF? Holy hell, what could that grow to mean? That could be abused so much. If that continues, Microsoft is going to say, "Sorry, you can't make anything for free if it will work with Windows. We're going to start suing you if you have a copy of The Gimp, OpenOffice, Marathon Aleph One, etc..." Man that sucks so bad. I hate this whole thing.
